Wednesday's game was scoreless up until the 5th inning for both teams, but in the bottom of the sixth Austin Tittle hit a double driving in three runs putting the Hounds up on the board. One of the outstanding performances from Wednesday was pitcher Cameron Zunkel. Zunkel pitched six innings with six strikeouts and no runs scored against him. With the help of his team in the field, the Oilmen only had 4 hits during his time on the mound. The Hounds reached double digits again with their hits on Wednesday. Austin Tittle had a double and two singles with 5 RBI's, Joe Becht had three singles with one RBI, Alex Stevenson had three singles with one RBI, Joe Stewart had two singles and one double, Kyle Kane had two singles with two RBI's, Tristan Welch had a single and a double, Mitch Buban had a single with one RBi, and Sam O'Brien had a single for the day.
On Thursday the teams also started scoring late with each team getting a run in the 5th inning, but the Admirals were able to put one more up in both the 6th and the 7th inning while the Hounds could not. We were able to collect eight runs for the day. Joe Stewart had two singles, Tristan Welch had a single with one RBI, Joe Betch had a triple, Joe Swanson had a double, and Brandon Post, Austin Tittle, and Anthony Cocco all had singles.
