The Dupage County Hounds are entering their third season as a team and a member of the Midwest Collegiate League. The Hounds open their season against the Chicago Zephyrs. The game is scheduled for May 30^th at 7pm in Lisle.

  The Hounds are coming off a 24-10 season in which they were regular season champions. The Hounds are looking for similar results this upcoming season. The team is comprised of 26 college players from various division levels. The team is made up of twenty Division 1 baseball players, two Division 2 players, one Division 3 player and 3 Junior College players.

There are four players returning from last season’s team.  Two key players returning are Patrick Bellinger and Drew Lacomb. Bellinger was a stand out pitcher for the Hounds, being named to the Midwest Collegiate League All-Star game. Drew Lacomb is also returning from last year’s team. Lacomb was a key player for the Hounds, Lacomb played many different positions throughout the season.

The Hounds are looking to have a repeat performance from last year’s season successes.
