Gorski is the first player from the University of Illinois to play for the Hounds. He is currently a reshirt freshman at Illinois and is from Streamwood, IL. Gorski appeared in four games this season for the Illini including two against Xavier University.

During his Senior year at Streamwood HS Gorski posted a .405 average, seven doubles, two triples, five home runs, 36 RBIs and 33 runs and notched a 4-1 record with a 1.91 ERA in 18 1/3 innings on the mound.

Gorski will be a key addition to an already stellar Hounds team.
